This is tim from your sick studios today in this video. I’m gonna show show you how to fix your login issues when you can’t sign into your one account coming up in this xbox tutorial. So on my xbox right now.
I can’t sign into my account. When i pop up in the sidebar on my xbox one and i choose my account and i go to it i get this issue where this little circle keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and this goes on forever so how do you fix this issue. I’m gonna show you two ways that you can fix this coming up right now now the first way you can fix this is by pressing and holding the power button on your xbox.
One and holding it down for 10 seconds. So let’s go ahead and do that now so at the front of your xbox. One go ahead and hold down the xbox button for about 10 seconds.
Until your council completely powers off then go ahead and let go and then turn on your xbox. One and any kind of login issues. You are having they should be result after this step now.
If that doesn’t fix your problem go ahead and press. The xbox button on your controller and go on to step number two and then scroll on over to the settings section and then go down to settings. It’s like that and we’re gonna want to remove an account from our xbox.
One so under account pull on over to remove accounts and select this option. And i’m gonna go ahead and remove my main account let’s go ahead and select my main account and let’s remove it from my xbox one remove now that the count is removed press. This is so ashamed with my main xbox live account. And we’re gonna go ahead and sign back in use my email and password now let’s go in and type in my password. And it’s gonna go ahead and sign in to my xbox live account and i’m gonna go to continue.
I’m gonna go to continue and then it’s gonna ask for sign in and security preferences and choose the option. You want i’m gonna go to no barriers right. Now and then go to customize later on i’m gonna go to instant sign in and now.
As you can see i am logged into my xbox. One so go ahead and remove your account and then re add it to your xbox. One account and that should indeed help you out logging in to your xbox.
